ERC Worksheet 1: Engaging Stakeholders - Who, When, and How provides a template to help you plan to engage stakeholders. The first column of the worksheet asks, "Who are the stakeholders?" Refer back to "Who are your stakeholders?" to help you identify specific stakeholders for the program you will be evaluating.
