Identify key stakeholders—those who support and carry out the program, those served or affected by the program, those in a position to make decisions or take action. | |
Determine what role each stakeholder group or individual will play related to the evaluation—what will they do? | |
Plan in advance how you will keep stakeholders involved and engaged in the evaluation, including the ways you will communicate and exchange information. |
