Checklist for Engaging Stakeholders

Identify key stakeholders—those who support and carry out the program, those served or affected by the program, those in a position to make decisions or take action.
Determine what role each stakeholder group or individual will play related to the evaluation—what will they do?
Plan in advance how you will keep stakeholders involved and engaged in the evaluation, including the ways you will communicate and exchange information.
