Resources

The resources that support the program are called inputs. They may include:

  • Program staff
  • Funding
  • Facilities
  • Equipment, supplies, materials
  • Expert consultation
  • Partnerships
  • Other organizational or community resources

Click on the PDF documents in the side bar to see examples of how this step was completed for our case study sites.

EXERCISE: As each step in developing a logic model is described, you can use ERC Worksheet 2 - Logic Model to fill in the columns for your own program. Step 1 is to identify the resources that support the program. Look at the case study example then ask yourself, "What resources are available or needed for my program (e.g., staff, materials, technology, information, money, community partnerships)?" List these in the "input" column in the blank ERC Worksheet 2 - Logic Model.
