Review the basic framework of the program including its mission, goals, objectives, and strategic plan. | |
Identify the context in which the program takes place, including any factors that might influence its outcome. | |
Describe the program with a logic model by identifying the inputs (resources), outputs (activities, participation), and the outcomes (short-term, intermediate, long-term). | |
Review the logic model with key stakeholders to ensure you have a common understanding of the program's elements as you get ready to plan your evaluation. |
