Checklist for Sharing Results

Develop recommendations based on the evidence that you uncovered.
Review the list of stakeholders from Worksheet 1 (section 4) and identify any additional parties that should receive information from the evaluation.
Determine the information and its level of detail needed by the various stakeholders and other interested parties.
Determine the appropriate format for providing information to the various stakeholders and other interested parties.
Share the information in a timely manner.
Follow-up to ensure that your evaluation findings are used for decisions and actions.
