About the Toolkit

The Evaluation Resource Center (ERC) is a resource provided by the Healthcare Georgia Foundation. The ERC offers a suite of evaluation tools and services designed to help nonprofit health organizations perform better by enabling them to understand their performance, revise and plan accordingly, and communicate outcomes to their stakeholders. In addition, the ERC will conduct evaluations of initiatives or programs at the Foundation's request. The ERC will also work with the Foundation to integrate evaluation into every aspect of its work.

The ERC's online toolkit is an interactive "how to" guide on program evaluation for Foundation grantees and nonprofit health organizations in Georgia. It is designed to answer questions and aid in problem solving, regardless of whether organizations have participated in activities of the ERC. Content and Georgia-specific case studies reflect best practices from a variety of evaluation resources plus customized materials used by the Center for Community Health and Evaluation (CCHE) in the training and technical assistance it provides to Foundation grantees.
