Plan Data Collection

Now that you know your evaluation questions and indicators, it is time to decide what data sources to use. This last step in drafting your evaluation plan addresses not only where the data will come from, but also appropriate collection methods, who will do the collecting, and under what timeframe. More detailed information on designing and administering data collection activities will be presented in the section on implementation.

This step corresponds to step 4 in the CDC's Framework for Program Evaluation—gather credible evidence.
